I am in the final stages of two lengthy accreditation processes:

• European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) – Practitioner level, expected in November 2025. Learn more about EMCC accreditation.

• European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) with the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP), expected in 2026 after completing the final exam. Learn more about the EAP.

Together, these require 6 years of postgraduate psychotherapy training and practice, 2+ years of accredited coaching education and practice, and thousands hours of study, supervised practice, and client work.

Being under supervision means I meet with senior licensed supervisors a couple of times each month to review cases. This ensures ongoing development, accountability, and alignment with professional ethics.

Alongside this, I also bring experience from ten years in organizational settings, as an employee, consultant, and through formal business education. This gives me a solid understanding of professional and organizational dynamics, which I draw on when it’s useful in the work.

For you as a client, this means working with someone trained in evidence-based methods, accountable to international standards, and committed to creating a safe, confidential, and tailored process.

I work under the regular supervision of senior professionals, including a psychiatrist with extensive clinical and psychotherapeutic experience and a university professor and psychologist specializing in psychotherapy research, psychodrama, and attachment theory.

I also collaborate with a mentor in leadership development. When delivering group programs in organizational settings, I work closely with leadership team, to design experiences that are relevant and effective for their teams.
