Individual Coaching or Psychotherapy

Individual coaching or psychotherapy is offered as 60-minute sessions, either one-off or as part of a series. The difference lies mostly in the approach and energy. Psychotherapy focuses more on healing, while coaching is more action-driven and goal-oriented.

  • A structured, goal-oriented process using evidence-based methods to support self-reflection, change of perspectives, and effective decision-making. Coaching can also be beneficial for individuals already on a psychotherapy path, offering a complementary space to apply insights and develop practical strategies for daily life.

  • A deeper exploration of emotions, trauma, behavioral patterns, and inner challenges, for integration and long-term well-being.

Psychodrama Psychotherapy Groups

  • A structured form of group psychotherapy where participants work on personal and shared themes using action methods, role-play, and reflection. The group provides a safe setting to explore challenges, relationships, and inner dynamics in a way that goes beyond talking alone. Sessions are usually fixed-term, held biweekly or monthly, and each group has between 3 and 10 participants. Every session is facilitated with clear techniques and structure to ensure safety and therapeutic depth.

  • Group therapy offers benefits that individual work cannot always provide. In a group, you experience support and connection with others while working on your own challenges. Psychodrama in particular allows you to see yourself from new perspectives, process emotions more deeply, and integrate insights more quickly through the group process. For many, this makes the work more accessible, more cost-effective, and often more powerful than individual therapy alone.

The focus is on group dynamics, releasing what needs to be worked through collectively, connection, and teamwork.
